Network printing (with help of LAN admin.)
The
following are considerations for printing on a network:

To share a printer on either Microsoft or NetWare networks, the
print server must be running a 32-bit, protected-mode client,
and file and printer sharing services must be enabled.

With Point and Print, users can install a network printer if the
print server has been configured with the correct printer
drivers. You need to designate which network servers will
function as print servers and configure them to store Point and
Print.
